JD94: The 2021 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley is ripe with classic and refined aromas of cherry liqueur, cola, sweet spice, and dark soil. Generous and well-balanced, it hits that fine line between ripe and not heavy. It’s very well done, offering a lot of charm, and it never gets cloying. It’s a fantastic appellation wine to drink over the next 5-7 years.
