Founded in the early 20th century, Domaine Belleville farms 22 hectares of vineyards from Gevrey Chambertin to Mercurey, including several important premier cru holdings. Each wine produced represents a single plot of the estate. Farming is organic and biodynamic. A blend of two adjacent parcels, one north-facing, the other to the east, planted to mature 50yr old massal-selected certified biodynamic Pinot Noir. Fine and fresh, crunchy and ripe, red-berry fruit-flavors with a simply succulent, long-lingering finish. Aged one year in barrel.
