Domaine du Cellier aux Moines, a historic wine producer in Givry, France, was founded around 1130 by Cistercian monks from the abbey of La Ferté, the first daughter of the abbey of Citeaux. Forgotten over time, it was revived in 2004 by Philippe and Catherine Pascal, who restored the estate to its former glory in 2006. The estate spans 10 hectares, including 5 hectares of the historic Clos du Cellier aux Moines. It was certified organic from the 2020 vintage, focusing on producing top-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
