Owned by husband and wife winegrowers Xavier Gonet and Julie Médeville, this small grower crafts exquisite Champagnes from vines across 6 villages (3 Grand Cru and 3 Premier Cru) surrounding Epernay. Along with Krug, they are the only growers in Champagne that own vineyards in both Le Mesnil and Ambonnay. The estate’s Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir from the commune of Bisseuil, organically farmed and hand harvested. An expansive and lively Champagne with notes of black fruits, almonds, orange peel, and balsamic.
