This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from McGinley and Happy Canyon Vineyards. It is aged in neutral barrels and stainless-steel tanks, producing a clean wine with notes of chalk, lime peel, and lemon, with a grassy streak on the finish. Organic and sustainable farming.
VM92: The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is gorgeous. Bright and racy in the glass, the 2021 presents a striking combination of varietal aromas and flavors, but with an added kick of texture from the portion of the wine that is fermented and aged in neutral oak.
