The Heitz family has owned vines in Burgundy since 1857 but traditionally sold all of their fruit to Joseph Drouhin. With Armand Heitz now at the helm, they are producing incredible wines from 4 hectares spread over 5 appellations in the Côte-de-Beaune. The farm is fully biodynamic, and they use whole-cluster fermentation.
