This small, family-run House, led by Michel and his son Gregory, is a respected fixture in Vertus, in Champagne’s famous Côte des Blancs. This has been the home of the Mailliard family since 1894. Cuvee Gregory is composed of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir, grown on calcareous chalk soils and aged for a remarkable 5 years on the lees, resulting in a highly precise, complex, and age-worthy expression of this world-class terroir. Until recently, it was only available in France.
