Founded in 1883, Champagne Sadi Malot is a fifth-generation grower estate in the Montagne de Reims, led today by siblings Cindy and Florian Malot, who have transitioned the domain to full organic and biodynamic farming. Les 2 Cépages marries Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the neighboring Grand Cru slopes of Verzy. To build depth without heavy oak, the family blends equal parts new harvest with reserve wine from a perpetual solera started in 1982. Aged three years on the lees with a minimal Extra Brut dosage, it delivers crisp citrus zest, white peach, and subtle red-fruit notes over a chalky, mineral backbone. Refined and beautifully balanced.
