VM91: The 2020 La Doyenné has quite a perfumed, floral bouquet, wilted rose petal infusing the red berry fruit. The palate is very smooth, with candied orange peel infusing the red cherries and strawberry fruit. Not powerful yet it has an appealing seductiveness on the finish. Worth seeking out.
