A textured, creamy finish rounds things out in this head-spinning Cabernet Sauvignon from Naoko Dalla Valle. The first impression is one of exuberance, but then the wine shuts down very quickly in the glass. Readers need to give the 2010 at least a few years in bottle to fully come together.
