A three-generation family estate, Domaine de Pajot is located on slopes surrounding the Armagnac Capital of Eauze. All of the farming is organic since 2001. Les Quatre Cépages is made from Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon and Gros-Manseng. Citrus, white fruits, and subtle floral aromatics. A perfect aperitif and pairing for soft cheeses and seafood.
