Established in 1870 in Barolo, Francesco Rinaldi is deeply rooted in tradition, eschewing new oak and favoring long macerations and aging in large Slavonian oak botti. Their flagship single cru Brunate and Cannubi Baroli are renowned for their depth and balance. The Dolcetto Roussot is sourced from a parcel on the Cannubi hill planted in the 1970s. It is layered with dark cherry, spice, and lavender. It is a brilliant, distinctive Dolcetto not to be missed. Organic.
