Guillaume Gonnet is a third generation grower/winemaker in the Rhone area. The labels of his wines are designed by his wife Kelly and feature the local robins which fly around the vineyards.

This wine is made from a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache blanc, and 30% Roussanne, and is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The vines are around 40 to 50 years old. The grapes are 100% de-stemmed, with a 15 to 20 day fermentation and maceration in stainless steel with natural yeasts. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
