The 2021 Chablis Les Reinettes, matured for six months on the fine lees, has a light, quite malic bouquet with green apple, gooseberry and dewy meadow scents. Well-defined. The palate is lively on the entry with a keen thread of acidity. There's commendable concentration here, with much more weight on the back end than its peers. Nice saline lick on the finish, too. This is certainly worth seeking out.
