WA93: The 2021 Pinot Noir Anderson Valley, matured for 13 months in 38% new French oak, takes some time to shake off its cedary new oak and reveal red cherry, pipe tobacco and garrigue. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and refreshing with concentrated, spicy fruit, and it has a long finish laced with baking spices.
