Le Paradou is a project by Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière, whose family produces some of the most respected wines in the Ventoux at Château Pesquié. ‘Paradou’ refers to the old watermills that once dotted the landscape. The vineyards are at higher elevations and planted on clay-limestone or sandy soils. These are fresh and juicy wines made for Provence locals to enjoy on their patios.
