JS93: This riesling Kabinett isn’t quite dry but it’s incredibly vivid, with subtle peach blossom and honeysuckle aromas. Not so complex on the light-bodied palate, but the wet-stone minerality makes this dangerously refreshing. Just 8.5% alcohol. From organically grown grapes.
