The NV Extra Brut Grand Cru Complant�e is a field blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Chardonnay from the La Fosse lieu-dit in Avize near the winery. Organic.

JS94: This is a gently flinty style with an array of very attractive, fresh peach, pear and melon aromas. The palate has a very smooth, fleshy and deliciously weighty feel with a wealth of rich, attractive fruit. A blend of two parcels of co-planted chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier, arbanne, petit meslier and pinot blanc. Disgorged in May 2019.

WA92+: A cuv�e intended to validate Agrapart's contention that terroir trumps c�page, the latest rendition of the NV Extra Brut Grand Cru Complant�e is based on the 2016 vintage, complemented by 20% of 2015, and it was disgorged in May 2019 with five grams per liter dosage. Revealing lovely aromas of crisp yellow pear, blanched almonds, white flowers and citrus oil, it's medium to full-bodied, incisive and energetic, with good depth and concentration and a long finish.
