VM93: The 2022 Rosé Grenache Edith presents is pretty pink-and orange-hued, wafting with notes of wild strawberries, citrus peels and hints of gravel dust. This is deeply textural, nearly creamy in feel, with crisp minerality and zesty acidity to balance as perfumed citrus-tinged fruits swirl throughout. The 2022 leaves a sweet-and-sour sensation on the palate, tapering off with youthful tension while keeping the mouth watering for more.
WA92+: The 2022 Grenache Rose Edith is made with Grenache from the Armada vineyard. It manages to walk the line between medium pink and salmon-orange. The nose is delicate and floral, with pink flowers, cranberry and cherry essence with hints of plum blossom. Medium-bodied and with a straightforward mouthfeel, the rose is fresh and ready for action. The wine is balanced on the palate and ends with a delightful finish that captures the freshness of a rose fermented and aged in concrete egg and stainless steel. Only 1,788 bottles were produced.
