The Domaine de Cornillac is a historic family owned winery with 9.65 hectares in southern Beaujolais in the town of Saint Verand. The oldest vines in the blend are seventy years old, planted in deep plagiogranite soils. Biodiversity, respect for the environment, and water management are all priorities and the winery is certified sustainable by Terra Vitis and HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale). A light, classic style of Nouveau with a juicy palate and a touch of cherry pit and licorice on the finish.
