WA91-93: Sourced from the monopole of Clos des Mont Luisants, this has a remarkably deep hue. The nose is instantly attractive with black cherries, raspberries, limestone and citrus lemon. There is real vibrancy and “electricity” here. The palate has an edginess to it that is immediately captivating with ripe blueberry, red cherry and mango sorbet. Quite floral on the finish. Great length. An enticing MSD. Superb. Drink 2009-2015. Tasted January 2007.
