VM93: The NV Brut Rosé (45% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay) is a rich, deeply-colored Champagne to enjoy at the dinner table. Succulent red cherry, plum, blood orange, cinnamon and dried flowers fill out its layers. Despite its obvious richness, this remains light on its feet and supremely elegant. What a delight. Dosage is 6-8 grams per liter.
